Suction type fuel dispensers :

Fuel Dispensers have motor&suction system included in their case so every dispenser can work indepently. This means if one dispenser has problem with motor or suction line, others can still continue to work.

Submersible type fuel dispenser :

Dispensers does not have motor&suction system included in their frame so every dispenser can not work indepently. All dispensers in the station are depent on submersible pumps on the tank. this system is more like LPG systems,they are cheaper but if you have a problem in the submersible pump, all dispensers will stop to work.

Because of the costs&performance issues, most of the customers prefer to use mostly submersible systems in the todays market.

A submersible fuel pump is a kind of pumping device which has a hermetically sealed motor close-coupled to the pump body. Whole assembly is submerged in the fuel to be pumped. The main advantage of this type of pump is that it prevents pump cavitation, a problem associated with a high elevation difference between pump and the fuel surface. Submersible fuel pumps push fuel from underground tank to fuel dispensers that are connected to this line.

Preset buttons are used to give liters according to preseted money that customer wants to pay. They are very usefull especially for the pump salesmans.
There are two buttons(One for big money value and one for small money value) per number of nozzles. For example if you have a double nozzle dispenser and 1 display per side, you will get 2 buttons per side.

Yes you can make money presetted filling by using keyboard or preset buttons. But to make liter preset you need to use our keyboard only.

LPG Dispenser is a machine which makes filling of specific volume of Liquid Petroleum Gas by pulsing a side channel, vane or submersible LPG pump,,one or more times, until the total volume of liquid required has been pumped. There are mainly  there types of LPG dispensers according to their measuring methods.
  1. Mechanical LPG Dispenser :
    These LPG Dispensers measure LPG by the help of mechanical gears on the top of volumetric meters. Becasue of  expensive spare parts, tempreature compensation and automation requirements of  todays market, their popularity
  2. Electronic LPG Dispenser with Volumetric Meters :
    Electronic LPG Dispensers are measuring volume by the help of shaft encoder (pulser) units on the top of volumetric meters. Pulsers turn mechanical movements of meter into electonic pulses to register of dispensers. Registers process these pulses so it can show volume on dispensers display as compansated or uncompansated accoding to Temperature&Presetted Density values.Dispenser  can also communicate to remote automation forcourt systems.
  3. Electronic LPG Dispensers with Mass Flow Meters :
    These dispensers are using Mass Flow Meters instead of volmetric meters&pulsers. Mass Flow meters are measuring mass and density of LPG using Coriolis Effect so dispensers can also show you mass,density and volume in reatime. This tehnology is the most powerful and accurate one in todays standarts but ofcourse comes with higher prices.

First off all there should be azote test for the station pipes and installation. By this way you can fix the possible problems that can be caused from the dust,dirt and fin of welding.

The pressure in the system should be 9-12 bars under normal conditions.You can check it with manometer. (3)
Safety relieve valve opens itsself automatically when the pressure is 17 bars and secure the pressure in the pipeline. (8)
By-Pass Valve aranges pressure which goes to Dispenser line. (15)
Pneumatic Valves should be open when there is no LPG transfer in the line and during filling of the Tank. If emergency stop button is pushed than both of them should be close.(16)
The solenid valve which is connected to filling line should be open during the fillling. (22)

Yes our meters can be calibrated mechanically.

After 30.000lt. you should change the first filter. In every 100.000lt. de second filter should be changed. It is also important to make calibration every time you change filters.

Meter lifetime is depends on the cleaning of filters reguarly and the quality of the LPG.

LPG gas is in liquid state over 6 bars. So our sydtems are designed to work only over 6 bars. Under normal contiditons working pressure is between 9-12 Bars.

A liquid is subject to expansion or shrinkage resulting from temperature changes. Since LPG is liquid, volume also changes due to temperature.

ATC is the technology correcting the measured volume automatically in function of the measured temperature. In conformity with the European Metrological Standards the volume is converted into litres to the standard reference temperature of 15°C.

In this way your dispenser will take into account the volume changes as a result of the temperature fluctuations and you can sell the total volume you have purchased. With ATC the 'lost litres' belong to the past and you will have an incontestable control of your stock.

Liquefied petroleum gas (also called LPG, GPL, LP Gas, or autogas) is a mixture of hydrocarbon gases used as a fuel in heating appliances and vehicles, and increasingly replacing chlorofluorocarbons as an aerosol propellant and a refrigerant to reduce damage to the ozone layer, inferring that it is flammable.

Varieties of LPG bought and sold include mixes that are primarily propane, mixes that are primarily butane, and the more common, mixes including both propane (60%) and butane (40%), depending on the season—in winter more propane, in summer more butane. Propylene and butylenes are usually also present in small concentration. A powerful odorant, ethanethiol, is added so that leaks can be detected easily. The international standard is EN 589. In the United States, thiophene or amyl mercaptan are also approved odorants.

LPG is a low carbon emitting hydrocarbon fuel available in rural areas, emitting 19 percent less CO2 per kWh than oil, 30 percent less than coal and more than 50 percent less than coal-generated electricity distributed via the grid. Being a mix of propane and butane, LPG emits more carbon per joule than propane and LPG emits less carbon per joule than butane.
